We had a good stay at the villa. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. The pool and outdoor area were amazing, providing plenty of sun and shade throughout the day. The staff were friendly and responsive, addressing any issues promptly.
There were some drawbacks. The amenities appeared outdated and in need of maintenance.

The bed was comfy, really enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was a big plus. Sabeen Restaurant, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Our favourite property in Seminyak, we recommend it.

I highly recommend dining at Grain, which is just a short walk from here, and I will definitely choose to stay at this place again for future trips as it met all of my standards.

We had a lovely romantic getaway at the villa. the pool was a great size and we enjoyed lounging on the comfortable sunbeds. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with any requests. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the beautiful view from our room. the location was perfect, close to the beach and a variety of restaurants.
the bathroom could have been cleaner and the lighting was quite dim.

The location was convenient, with Seminyak shops just a 7, minute walk down the alley.
The poor cleanliness in the dining area, with leftover bottles and a dirty table.
